Fun Friday is what it says on the tin! It is on Friday and it is FUN! Basically on four friday's each year we have a day of difference when children can choose from a large menu of activites and spend the whole day in cross phase groups having fun learning a new skill or having a different experience or challenge. Teachers, parents, Governors and other providers, such as local secondary schools, offer an ever changing variety of exciting and stimulating activites for groups of children to enjoy. The list below gives a flavour of what is on offer...

1 Food Fantastic- ready steady cook

2 Photo Phantastic- be a real photographer in a real studio!

3 Nutty Nature- go batty about bugs in the Woods

4 Junior School Musical- composing and performing Pop Stars!

5 Gruesome Gargoyles- ugly faces to scare your friends!

6 Box of Delights- sweetie fun making and eating!

7 Art Attack- wacky collage ideas to create and treasure!

8 Off road Bikes- more muddy mayhem! (Y5/6 only)

9 Play in a Day French style- j’aime le acting!!

10 Cricket heaven- skills and tournaments

11 Crazy Characters- role play and story improvisations

12 First Aid and Wonder Wounds- learn to save a life!

13 Stomp!!- get in rhythm with the Rodbrough School drummers!

14 Ice Extravaganza!- learn to skate (bring £8)

15 Orienteering and camp building- King Edwards here we come!

16 Drama Delight- with a musical twist and shout!

17 Crazy Clay- create and keep a masterpiece

18 Super Survival- A daring day of cooking and camps in the great outdoors!

19 Any Dream Will Do- dream stories and dream catchers

20 Wild Wood Sculptures- something amazing for our nature area

21 Bowling Bonanza- ten pin bowling with a number spin!

22 Pizza Perfect- design and make your perfect pizza at Pizza Express

23 Beauty Salon – learn the tricks of the trade from College students

24 Gone Fishing- will you catch one? (£5 rod and bait supplied)
