Contacting you by e-mail and text message

At The Chandler we are constantly looking to the improve the way we communicate with our school community. As part of this review, we are offering you the chance to recieve school letters via e-mail. As I am sure you can appreciate, the school uses a lot of paper and in a drive to reduce this, in line with our Eco schools initiative, we are offering all parents the chance to sign up to receive e-mails.

We are also running an online poll to determine whether there is enough interest for us to start sending news via text message.

School e-mails

We are currently asking parents who are interested in receiving letters from school via email to sign up using the form below.

• Please complete the form answering all fields and selecting the class your child is in from the list, then click the proceed button
• If both parents would like to receive email to different email accounts please complete the form for both email addresses and select the correct relationship as appropriate
• If you have children in different years\classes, please complete the form for each child\year\class combination since we may send messages to a specific year group only
• When the new school year starts you do not need to sign up again (since your childs class would have changed), we'll make the changes for you
